How can we purchase the required sawn timber for residential use?
MTE, as a State Owned Enterprise, has to fulfill the public requirement for local use. So MTE produce the sawn timber at MTE owned sawmills and distribute to the township sale centers. Thus,the required sawn timber for residential use can be purchase at the local timber sale centres located at township of Division & State Regions.
How’s about the price for sawn timber for residential use?
MTE distribute the timber for local use at the price based on the MTE listed price plus transportation charges and commercial tax.
